DLL-FILES.COM	This site is for the technically competent only ! Everyone has received a "Couldn't find **.dll..." pop-up message at some time. Well folks, your problems are over! Here you will find the most common files that may be missing or corrupted on your computer. Feel free to download no cost! Make sure you have a copy of win zip handy.
WINDOWS FIX ZONE	I like the name on this one. Looks like they have a fairly good set of utilites and tips. We are curently checking out MAD BOOT. This creates a bootable diskette that spans DOS to windows XP. Check this site if you are a technician. Low level formats a snap. Guarantee you will bookmark it.
The (ETSC) East Tennessee Computer Society	The East Tennessee Computer Society is a local computer group that has gone through some hard times. The benefit of the group is that it is useful to smarties to share and exchange information with each other . in addition it is a source of help to the current crop of computer newbies . At ETSC you have access to experts in computer languages DOS, WIN98, WIN XP, Linux and Networking. These folks have classes in areas of specialization also called (SIG) Special Intrest Groups. Think of this group as a 911 for stupid questions in things you want to know.The meeting is conventiently located to Computer King. Stop by and say hello.
"Every File Format in the World"	This is a list of file name extension or suffixes that indicate the format or usage of a file and a brief description of that format. We don't really show the file format itself here. In fact, many formats are proprietary and we couldn't show them to you. In some cases, we link to a definition of the file format or to related information.
STILLER RESEARCH	This is Virus 101. What is it etc. This is a very informative set of information articles on viruses. I still believe Norton has one of the best programs for the general public, but there are hundreds out there.

SLASHDOT.ORG	The only really good site news for nerds. If you want to be at the leading edge this is the place dude. This site also caters to those who write code and have problems. It could be a learning experience if you have time.
Broomman Tech Support Page	This is a very dangerous page for the uninitiated but there is a treasure trove of good information for the person that has no delusions of competency. Use with extreme care. There are some great informations sites linked from this site, so if your a techie and need the info this is the site dude.

BIOSCENTRAL	Ever wish you could figure out what the beep codes coming from your computer meant. Well there was one frustrated dude that started compiling the information and couldn't stop. Fortunately for us he compiled data on all the different bios and their beep codes. This really is a useful site and a learning site.
